We’ve released NaviCAD for iPad for the launch of this game-changing device. You can get it directly from iTunes here (http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/navicad-for-ipad/id364020215?mt=8). Note that it has the same functionality as the iPhone version except utilizing the bigger screen real estate–suggestions for added functionality to take advantage of the bigger screen are welcome at feedback@navicad.com.

thanks, Chuck

Disclaimer: I'm one of the NaviCAD developers :-)

We did think of your navigation scenario when we were designing the app! With some combination of the GPS/compass/accelerometer functionality, anything is possible.

We might revisit it if and when the Apple tablet comes out--it might run iPhone apps out-of-the-box, and the larger screen will make it more FM-friendly...
